The 2009 NPC Delaware Championships was held at the A. I. DuPont High School on August 1st 2009. As always promoters Todd Howe and Tracey Greenwood did a fantastic job organizing the show. There was a great turnout in both muscle and competitors, totaling more than 40!!!!! These galleries contain the FINALS only.
